PRESCREENING IS REQUIRED with Advanced Clinic

• Subject is female, ages 35-60.
• Subject is any Fitzpatrick I-VI
• Subject has mild to moderate undereye fine lines and wrinkles and fine lines and wrinkles in the crow’s feet area.
• Subject has mild undereye puffiness
• Subject’s best corrected visual acuity is equal or better than 20/200 at the baseline evaluation.
• Subject reports no subjective ophthalmic irritation at the baseline evaluation.
• Subject agrees not to introduce any new cosmetic or toiletry products during the study.
• Subject agrees to remove all facial hair above the lip and in chin area prior to every study visit.
• Subject’s nose hairs are trimmed and not visible.
• Subject has groomed and shaped eyebrows with no stray hairs.
• Subject is willing to avoid sun exposure for the duration of the study.

Exclusions

• Subject exhibits any facial tattoos/tattooed cosmetics, eyelash extensions, rashes, scratches or burn marks on the test site which may interfere with the evaluation of the test sites/results.
• Subject has any eyelash extensions.
• Subject has had any cosmetic procedures to the face (fillers, lifts, botox etc.) within the last year.
