P223-23 BIO ECZEMA STUDY FOR MEN AND WOMAN AGES 18 TO 65 – New Group Starts 10/2

NOTES: PRESCREENING IS REQUIRED.

• Subject is African American or Hispanic or Asian.
• Subject has dry skin.
• Subject has dry, itchy skin on the body.
• Subject has mild to moderate eczema-prone skin.
• Subject has sensitive skin per provided Sensitive Screening Questionnaire.
• Subject agrees to sign a Photography Release Form.
• Subject must not have any history of cancer.
• Subject must not have diabetes.
• Subject exhibits any facial tattoos/tattooed cosmetics, eyelash extensions, rashes, scratches, or burn marks on the test sites.
• Subject is currently taking certain medications which, in the opinion of the Principal Investigator, may interfere with the study.
• Children are not allowed in the facility for visits longer than 20 minutes.

Study Hours:  8:00 to 11:45 a.m. & 2:25 to 3:40 p.m.

GROUP 1:
Visit 1: Pickup – Monday, 9/11 – 35 minutes
Visit 2: Day 0 – Thursday, 9/14 – 1.5 hours
Visit 3: Day 7 – Thursday, 9/21 – 1 hour
Visit 4: Day 14 – Thursday, 9/28 – 1 hour
Visit 5: Day 28 – Thursday, 10/12 – 1.5 hours

GROUP 2:
Visit 1: Pickup – Tuesday, 9/12 – 35 minutes
Visit 2: Day 0 – Friday, 9/15 – 1.5 hours
Visit 3: Day 7 – Friday, 9/22 – 1 hour
Visit 4: Day 14 – Friday, 9/29 – 1 hour
Visit 5: Day 28 – Friday, 10/13 – 1.5 hours

GROUP 3:
Visit 1: Pickup – Monday, 10/2 – 35 minutes
Visit 2: Day 0 – Thursday, 10/5 – 1.5 hours
Visit 3: Day 7 – Wednesday, 10/11 – 1 hour
Visit 4: Day 14 – Thursday, 10/19 – 1 hour
Visit 5: Day 28 – Friday, 11/03 – 1.5 hours
